Disputes

Please contact us before opening a card dispute; we resolve refund requests within five business days. A chargeback is treated like a refund: the pack's credits are removed.

Purchases sold through Link

If your checkout page or receipt says the purchase was sold through Link, Link (a Stripe service) is the seller of record. Link adds any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST at checkout, sends your receipt, and may show the price in your local currency. Everything above still applies, and you may also ask Link support for a refund; Link may issue refunds within 60 days of purchase in some cases and handles card disputes on these purchases. Either way, a refund or chargeback removes the pack's credits as described above.

Outages

You are never charged for a failed call, and calls where fewer than about half of the eligible sources answered are free. If you believe you were charged for calls that returned nothing usable, tell us the approximate time and your key prefix and we will credit them back.

How to request a refund

Email the address on the contact page from the Google address you signed in with, with the Stripe receipt number or the purchase date.
